What is PicProtector.com?
PicProtector.com is a first service that allows user to invisible sign their pictures stored on many common image hosting services (Flickr, Picasa, Facebook etc.).
Is it free?
Yes, in beta phase service will be free. In future we will see.
Why 4 steps?
To make use of service easier, you just have to follow four steps path to have your pictures secured.
Does signing of image is harmfull to image?
No, the picture is the same quality as before, but now it contains some hidden information not visible by human eye.
Why I have to login on my image service, can't it just sign public pictures?
You need to be authorized on your image service to proceed. PicProtector is updating signed pictures on your service after process is finished.
Can PicProtector.com modify or delete my images?
In case of Picasa, original image is replaced by the signed one. In case of Flickr, image is removed only from current set, not from service. In it's place signed image is placed.
Why feature xxx is not working?
Service is currently in a beta stage, errors can occure. If you came across an error please inform us!
Why my image cannot be signed?
Image can't be signed if it is already signed or it not fulfills signing requirements.
What Mydrmspace codec PicProtector.com is using?
By default it is codec #7, but in future we plan that user can choose which codec he want to use.
